At Silgisiz Software, we sell digital products in the form of prepaid eSIM data plans, delivered instantly after purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
🧾 Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
You purchased an eSIM but did not receive the activation details (QR code or installation instructions) within 24 hours.
The eSIM could not be activated, and you contacted our support team with proof (e.g. error messages, screenshots).
You accidentally purchased the wrong plan, and the eSIM was not installed or activated.
❌ No Refunds If:
The eSIM was successfully activated or installed.
Your device is not compatible with eSIM (please check compatibility before purchasing).
You changed your mind after purchase or purchased by mistake.

💳 How Refunds Are Processed
If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Silgisiz Software reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria listed above.
